Embodied Resilience
A 6-week mind-body therapeutic Skills group designed to support stress recovery, emotional regulation, and sustainable wellbeing.
In a world that demands more from us than our bodies and hearts were designed to bear, learning to care for the nervous system is essential.
You don’t need to carry it all alone.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from your body…
If talk therapy has helped, but you still find yourself stuck in survival mode or shutdown…
This group is for you.
Through a blend of ancient wisdom and modern nervous system and brain science, you’ll learn body-based tools to reconnect to yourself, regulate your nervous system, and create steadiness from the inside out.
Thursdays 6pm- 8pm
June 26th -July 31st
Blackbird Mind + Body
6110 York Road | Baltimore, MD 21212

*As a Yoga Therapist trained in the Krishnamacharya lineage, I honor the adaptation of yoga to meet each individual's unique needs. My approach is breath-centered, relational, and rooted in the understanding that yoga is a path of remembering — not performing.

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine from India that teaches us to live in rhythm with nature — including the seasons, our bodies, and our internal cycles. It emphasizes the deep connection between mental health, digestion, sleep, and nervous system regulation.
In this group, you’ll experience simple, accessible Ayurvedic tools like:
Warm oil self-massage
Seasonal routines and rituals
Herbal teas and digestive support
Gentle lifestyle shifts to support emotional steadiness
No prior experience is needed — these practices are trauma-informed, grounding, and fully guided.
