Ayurvedic Nervous System Therapy
A full-body, trauma-informed Ayurvedic treatment designed to:

Each personalized session includes
Abhyanga — A warm herbal oil massage using organic oils from Banyan Botanicals to calm vata, nourish the tissues (dhatus), and stabilize prana.
Marma Therapy — Gentle activation of vital energy points to clear emotional blockages, promote resilience, and balance subtle energy flows.
Swedana (Herbal Steam Therapy) — Personalized herbal steam to enhance circulation, aid detoxification, and deepen the calming effects of the treatment.
Optional Basti Therapy — A traditional Ayurvedic technique applying warm herbal oil to the belly (Nabhi Basti), womb (Yoni Basti), or heart (Hridaya Basti) to nourish deep tissues, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional and energetic release.
