You can begin with a 90-minute intake session — a comprehensive consultation that explores your health history, patterns, and current needs through both an Ayurvedic and mind-body lens.
You’ll leave with a personalized plan that includes practical tools you can start using right away.
Initial Intake – 90 minutes – $150
Includes:
Ayurvedic + yoga therapy assessment
Nervous system and lifestyle mapping
Personalized practices (breathwork, movement, meditation, and rest)
Daily rhythm, nutrition, and herbal guidance
Support for emotional digestion and hormonal balance
Follow-Up Sessions – 60 minutes – $75
Available virtually or in person to integrate practices, adjust recommendations, and receive continued support for nervous system and hormonal balance.
