In these personalized sessions, we blend the tools of yoga therapy, Ayurveda, self-compassion, and nervous system education to support you in moving from burnout, disconnection, or dysregulation into a deeper relationship with yourself.

Three 75-minute 1:1 sessions (virtual or in person in Baltimore)
An in-depth intake that includes Ayurvedic assessment + nervous system mapping
A customized yoga therapy plan: breathwork, movement, meditation, and more
Seasonal Ayurvedic self-care tools, daily rhythm suggestions, and herbal guidance
Support for emotional digestion, hormonal balance, and stress recovery
