In these personalized sessions, we blend the tools of yoga therapy, Ayurveda, self-compassion, and nervous system education to support you in moving from burnout, disconnection, or dysregulation into a deeper relationship with yourself.

This work is for anyone craving regulation, restoration, clarity, and care — in a world that doesn’t often make space for it.

  • Three 75-minute 1:1 sessions (virtual or in person in Baltimore)

  • An in-depth intake that includes Ayurvedic assessment + nervous system mapping

  • A customized yoga therapy plan: breathwork, movement, meditation, and more

  • Seasonal Ayurvedic self-care tools, daily rhythm suggestions, and herbal guidance
