This 2-hour beginner-friendly workshop blends learning with guided practice. You’ll leave with practical tools for daily life and a restorative rest sequence you can repeat at home.

Hour 1: Learning
Foundations of Ayurveda and the Vata dosha (fall season)
Ayurvedic self-care & diet for autumn balance
Herbal allies for stress relief, digestion, and sleep
Learn abhyanga (Ayurvedic self-massage with warm oil)
A simple bedtime ritual with warm oil on the feet
Hour 2: Guided Practice
Grounding yoga therapy
Breathwork to calm the nervous system
Restorative Yoga Nidra for deep sleep
A take-home practice you can repeat anytime
