Gain a basic understanding of how seasonal shifts affect the nervous system, and how to work with your body’s natural rhythms for resilience.
Experience 1 hour of guided practice: herbal oil application, grounding yoga therapy, gentle breathwork, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and self-inquiry.
Take home a printed Fall Ayurveda Guide with recipes, herbs, and daily rhythms.
Receive a small bottle of seasonal herbal oil to continue your care at home.
