Stress, restless sleep, anxiety, and digestive issues often rise as the seasons shift. Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, offers simple and time-tested ways to steady the body and mind during the fall season.

This 2-hour beginner-friendly workshop blends learning with guided practice. You’ll leave with practical tools for daily life and a restorative rest sequence you can repeat at home.

What’s Included:

Hour 1: Learning

  • Foundations of Ayurveda and Vata dosha (fall season)

  • Ayurvedic self-care & diet for fall seasonal balance

  • Fall herbal allies for stress relief, digestion, and sleep

  • Learn abhyanga (Ayurvedic self-massage with warm oil)

  • A simple bedtime ritual with warm oil on the feet

Hour 2: Guided Practice

  • Grounding yoga therapy practice for sleep

  • Breathwork to calm the nervous system

  • Guided Yoga Nidra for deep rest

  • A take-home sleep practice you can repeat anytime

We’ll gather in community for this cozy afternoon workshop. Each participant will receive a Ayurvedic Fall Self-Care Gift Bag with Paavani Ayurveda herbal body and face oils, plus homemade chai and Ayurvedic snacks.
